1. I offer a heated bird waterer/bath in winter and am “plagued” mightily by the Mourning Doves, Blue Jays and later winter Robins literally swishing their bottoms in the water, then standing and pooping in it necessitating several times a day cleanings and water changes for their good health. None of my other feeder birds, finches, later winter bluebirds, chickadees, titmice, cardinals, warblers, sparrows, nuthatches, woodpeckers etc etc…do this…Silly birds.
